Vytis Jankauskas Dance Company is looking for dancers (both male and female) for a new contemporary dance production.

The audition will be held July 2, 2014 at 12.00 p.m. in Vilnius at Arts Printing House Studio III. Vytis Jankauskas Dance Company is auditioning  professional contemporary dance performers with strong technique in contemporary dance styles. Additionaly, dancers must be creative and avid for risk.

The audition consists of a contemporary dance technique class, improvisation and creative tasks. Technique class starts at 12.00 p.m., doors open at 11.30 a.m. Interested applicants who cannot attend the audition July 2 please contact us via e-mail.

The intensive rehearsals will take place from the beginning of August till the premiere at the end of November in Vilnius at Arts Printing House. The rehearsals will be scheduled 4-6 times a week according to confirmed schedule. Applicants must be available to participate in all rehearsals and performances during 2014-2015. If applicant has plans to spend more than 4 weeks away from Lithuania during 2014-2015, please indicate the planned periods of absence (at least preliminary) in your e-mail while registering.
